Partner Success Engineer

Partner Success & Support Engineers at have a clear goal, to increase customer’s satisfaction and support them to run their cloud solutions using public services such as Cloud Servers, Cloud Data Center, Cloud Backup, Cloud Databases and email services.
As a part of team of Partner Success & Support Engineers, you will work close with the customers, the Architecture & Systems Engineering team and the service providers in order to solve customer-facing complex problems.


Your main responsibilities will be:

•Help our partners to transform their vision into an excellent implementation
•Be the Expert, supporting customer’s adoption and implementation of our services
•Provide expert-level technical support via all the provided channels (ticketing system, live chat, email, phone)
•Drive customer communication during outages, RCAs
•Drive product demonstrations and technical presentations remotely or during events
•Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
•Develop and maintain training material for our partners


We would like you to have:

•BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•3+ years of experience as a member of a customer-facing team
•Administrate Cloud environments and be able to speak about the value of cloud services
•Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills (in Greek & English)
•Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation
•Advance knowledge on Windows Server and/or Linux OS
•Fundamental knowledge on Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure
•Solid understanding of Domain, DNS and e-mail services
•Very good organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
•Strong interpersonal skills
•Basic understanding of Networking protocols and network

Preferred Qualifications:

•Self-motivated using a systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive
•Full range of Windows Server and/or Linux OS
•Administration level on Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure

Performance Expectations:

•Respond to cases within SLA(s), with the appropriate level of urgency
•Create and curate KB articles
•Meet all KPI targets consulting with your manager for further improvement
•Maintain Partner Success Department health metrics at the highest possible level
•Be on top of this fast paste era of digital transformation by keeping yourself educated
